「Great property. Enough beach and pool chairs. Room was well thought out, great view of ocean. Steamer in room instead of iron was a nice touch. Alcohol was too shelf and drinks were amazing. We are at all the restaurants for dinner. No problem if you tried to eat before 7. Loved no reservations. Great stay, would go back in a heartbeat.」

「We stayed on the main floor and it feels like it’s our own house on the beach. Luckily no one was around so it feels very nice and private. The 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were wonderful for layout and the common rooms of kitchen/living room and dining room were great for all of us to spend time together. The beach view was wonderful but the sargassum just ruined the experience as we couldn’t use the beach at all as there was so much weeds on shore and in water despite the staff hauling...

「Unfortunately! We had a bad experience with the casa kaoba hotel ! We had to spend one night there without proper electricity ,proper air conditioning! Not so happy with the staff first as they did not mentioned anything beforehand about some incident why they were having issues with the electricity until we complained it’s not working ! But after we requested refund , they managed to give us transfer to the different hotel close to Playa del Carmen !」

「I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while. All of this saddens me but may not go again as it is not pretty and the staff was working continuously to...
