「The Barcelo is amazing & beautiful, well manicured on picturesque Bavaro beach! All the amenities you want. The staff are all very friendly; but I suggest you brush up on your Spanish, as most don’t speak english fluently. All the food we had in the multiple restaurants and buffets was very good. 「Was a beautiful room we had a view of both the ocean and Atlantis hotel, Food was great weather you had the buffet or one of the three restaurants. Sometimes hit or miss with that. Pools were both clean and perfect temp. Beach was amazing (except for constant local vendors!). For all inclusive well worth it.」

Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water!
