「We had a fantastic stay at Coco Unlimited Tulum from April 24th to May 4th. The property is beautiful, but it was the lovely people who made the experience truly special.I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Betty on reception and Jacob in the restaurant were absolutely outstanding representatives of the hotel. My parter getting shocked when he turned the light on, to having to strain and twist to get out of the room to the back because of the room planning, the slippery floors in the bathroom and the raised deck boards causing many people to trip.
