Room was super clean everyday and the butler service was amazing, handled everything for us with a simple text, dining reservations, carts for transport, any issues with the room ETC. over all great experience!!! "This was a beautiful property that suited our family vacation well, accommodating six adults and five kids ranging in age from 11 to 19. It was low-key which I enjoyed, although the older teens would have preferred a little more to do. We went into Tulum where there's a vibrant night life, but it's also a 45-minute drive each way, which wasn't ideal. "

"Definitely coming back, everything was great, especially the service. Food was good and amenities are great. Lots of pools and they have 2 small water parks for kids which was awesome since I traveled with kids. Right outside the resort they had an OXXO which was very convenient and cheap for everything. Good shows and entertainment was pretty good. "
